Pandu leaves Hastinapur with Kunti and Madri. Dhritarashtra becomes the acting King of Hastinapur. Dhritarashtra suspects that Gandhari has lied to him about the boon and expresses his displeasure. Kunti recalls about Rishi Durvasa's boon. She reveals to Pandu about Rishi Durvasa's boon. Pandu asks Kunti to use the boon and get a child from Lord Dharmraj. The astrologer informs Dhritrashtra about Gandhari's delivery. Kunti bears a son from Lord Dharmraj. Pandu names the child as Yudhishtir.[1]
